Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure the Security Tag

  Verify that the original store security tag is intact and attached; items returned without this tag or in a different condition than sent will not be accepted.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the handbag in its original dust bag and protective packaging, then drop it off at any authorized courier location using the provided label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our experts verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
